After Driest September
Weather Shift in Bengaluru

Bengaluru experienced drought-like conditions in September 2024, recording only 23.4 mm of rain—the lowest in two decades.

Normally, September sees around 212.8 mm of rainfall, making it the city's rainiest month.

However, relief is expected as light to moderate rain, with some heavy spells, is forecasted between October 4-7.

This rain will help ease the drought, bringing cooler temperatures and pleasant weather, with daytime highs between 28°-30°C and a slight morning chill.
