Double Trouble : Twin Storms Brewing in Arabian Sea

Double Trouble
Twin Storms Brewing in Arabian Sea

Possibility of Dual Storm

The weather's taking an interesting turn! As the southwest monsoon exits, the West Pacific, South China Sea, and Indian Seas are lighting up with tropical storm potential.

In the South China Sea, a tropical cyclone is brewing, set to make an appearance in the next 24 hours. Meanwhile, the Indian Seas are prepping for action.

We'll see a low-pressure area forming on the Arabian Sea's east-central side in the next day or so. This little system might just grow into a tropical storm in a hurry.

Another Potential Cyclone?

Over in the Bay of Bengal, a low-pressure area is also on the horizon, so we've got a lot to keep an eye on.

But the real head-scratcher is the Arabian Sea. Some models are sending the storm toward Yemen-Oman, while others hint at a spin towards Gujarat. The weather system's path depends on the subtropical ridge, and we'll know more in 72 hours.

In short, post-monsoon 2023 is kicking off with a bang! Stay tuned for updates.
