Feel Happier in 2023
Try these 5 Nature-Based Resolutions

Be kind: always keep some seeds and water for birds & stray animals of your neighborhoodBe kind: always keep some seeds and water for birds & stray animals of your neighborhood

Already made your resolutions? Will they bring you peace and happiness?

New Year's eve is that time of the year when we make plans and resolutions for a fresh start. Here are a few simple, free resolutions to bring you closer to nature and increase your happiness!

1. Bird Watching: One of the most peaceful exercises at no cost. Watch the birds in your street or backyard. Do you know their names? Do you know the seasons when they come to your area? Great time to learn!

2. No noise day once a month: don't use horn while riding/driving. Minimize noise pollution by staying in a quiet place, meditating and listening to the wind!

3. Keep water for birds and stray animals: Make sure you provide a small plate with water and some seeds for birds. Watch out for other stray animals who may be in need of your help.

4. Watch & document weather patterns in your area: Try taking pictures of the same place once in a month to see the changes brought by different seasons! You can also send the images to us!

5. Plant a tree: An absolute classic, but all the more necessary in our cities which are fast turning into concrete jungles!

Make sure a sapling is slightly grown before planting. It will make it easier to maintain it. Watch it grow and enjoy both the beauty and the oxygen!
