The current low-pressure area is positioned over North Madhya Pradesh, while the monsoon trough continues across central and eastern India. Meanwhile, another cyclonic circulation is present over the Northwest Bay of Bengal.

Under its influence, a fresh low-pressure area may develop over the region around August 13, potentially supporting further monsoon activity. Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, West Bengal, Konkan and Goa may see scattered showers, while light rain is possible over Delhi, Bihar, Gujarat, Telangana and Tamil Nadu.
