Equipped with a 6-channel imager and a 19-channel sounder, it captures detailed images and various atmospheric readings. These include temperature, water vapor, and gases like ozone and carbon dioxide.

It collects over 40 types of information about the ocean, weather, and land, helping scientists understand the weather and climate better.

This data is especially useful for predicting storms and other natural events, making it easier to prepare for disasters.

The INSAT-3DS is a big step forward in keeping an eye on Earth's atmosphere and improving safety and understanding the weather.
