Warm Destinations for a Winter Break

Warm Winter Travel

The coldwave has been sweeping northern India. Most noticeably, it has affected Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and Uttarakhand. Looking to escape the cold? Here are a few suggestions for a warmer winter in India. There are quite a few states in the southern part of India where our radar has prompted a much more pleasant temperature than the north. The states of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Goa, Kerala and Tamil Nadu are our picks.

Best destinations to enjoy a warm winter

  • Goa tops the list with its stunning beaches and tropical climate, even in the colder months.
  • With its clean beaches and relaxed atmosphere, Gokarna in Karnataka makes the list.
  • Rann of Kutch, Gujarat, the white desert of India, may be a great location for a desert adventure.
  • Travel to Hampi, Madhya Pradesh, a world heritage site, for a fascinating historical experience
  • Located in Kerala, Kochi offers a delightful retreat from the cold weather with its still waters and green pastures.
  • Puducherry, fancy water sports? Then this is the place for you.

Get a little taste of summer while it is still chilly outside. We hope you liked our picks for a warmer winter getaway.
