Megh Malhar is a Hindustani classical raga associated with the rainy season. The name derives from Sanskrit 'megh', which means cloud. It is said, that Tansen, the musician in the court of emperor Akbar performed Megh Malhar and a torrential rain started! There are multiple recordings of great renditions available on YouTube for you to enjoy this monsoon.
