Which States Will Get Rain Next?

The monsoon is now moving further west and northwest.

Till Wednesday, heavy rain and thunderstorms are likely in many places especially Madhya Pradesh, northern Maharashtra, and eastern Rajasthan.

Kerala and coastal Karnataka will also see strong rains. However, Gujarat (central-west), Tamil Nadu, and southeast Karnataka may get only light showers.

Western and northwestern Rajasthan will mostly stay dry.

Thursday, rain will spread to Gujarat and western Rajasthan too. Eastern and central India will remain the rain focus.
