The northern hills are bracing for vigorous monsoon rains for the rest of July, with Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh most affected.

Uttarakhand is expected to face more intense weather, especially in the lower and middle hills. After rain on 23rd and 24th July, a brief break on the 25th will be followed by renewed heavy rainfall until month-end.
