Delhi's Weather: A Shift Towards Dry Days

Delhi and NCR received moderate monsoon showers last night. Safdarjung recorded 30mm of rain, while Palam saw 18mm.

The rain was due to a depression over West Uttar Pradesh and the monsoon trough nearby.

This system is weakening and moving away, causing fewer showers today.

While a brief heavy shower is possible in the morning, conditions will improve by the afternoon.

The weekend will be mostly dry, with rising temperatures and some sunshine. No major rain is expected in the coming week.
