Cold day and cold wave conditions are expected to intensify in parts of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Rajasthan and Jharkhand as minimum temperatures dip further due to weak Western Disturbances.

East Uttar Pradesh may continue to see dense fog till January 12, while Bihar and Assam could experience morning haze till January 10.

Zero visibility was reported at Gorakhpur, Gwalior and Jabalpur, leading to flight disruptions and major traffic delays on highways from Delhi to Patna.
