Flash floods may occur in vulnerable areas of eastern and northeastern states due to intense downpours. Meanwhile, some parts of North India are expected to continue witnessing heatwave conditions despite the advancing monsoon.

Residents are advised to stay alert, follow official weather advisories and avoid flood-prone areas as changing weather conditions could disrupt travel and daily life.
