Red Alert Issued for Mumbai

Mumbai continues to face severe monsoon conditions as relentless rainfall has caused widespread waterlogging, traffic congestion and disruption to daily life.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a Red Alert, warning of extremely heavy rain along with strong winds across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
