After fresh snowfall in J&K a Western Disturbance has brought scattered rains to North India, with a focus on the hills and foothills of Punjab.

This weather system is gradually moving eastward, and today, light activities are expected in the northern mountainous regions. We can anticipate clearer skies starting tomorrow.

However, the relief will be short-lived, as another Western Disturbance is set to approach North India's hills on the evening of October 13th. Weather activities are predicted to begin on October 14th, with rains extending from October 15th to 17th.

What to expect?

This rainy spell will cover not only the hills but also the plains, including Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, and even Delhi. The heaviest rain is expected on the 16th and 17th, with clearing skies from October 18th onward.
