Weather & Radar India is delighted to present our recent conversation with renowned scientist and meteorologist Dr. Madhavan Nair Rajeevan.

The interview is based on the feedback we received from our users, both through the app and on social media. The questions cover a wide range of topics from recent severe heat wave conditions to probabilities of further cyclones in the Arabian Sea, and, of course, the South-West Monsoon 2022.

Dr. Rajeevan is a Distinguished Scientist and a versatile researcher. He has contributed significantly to developing application tools and prediction models for monsoon and other regional weather occurrences in India. He has been a recipient of multiple awards, played an exceptional role in shaping of the scientific progress in India and of course served as Secretary in the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India.
