Heavy Rains Cause Havoc Across Gujarat

Heavy rains have wreaked havoc across multiple districts in Gujarat, leading to casualties and severe disruption of daily life.

Flash floods and waterlogging have plagued the region, with the Sardar Sarovar Dam's rising water levels prompting the release of 4 lakh cusecs into the Narmada River.

Authorities evacuated around 280 people from low-lying areas of Bharuch.

The most affected areas include Banaskantha, Ahmedabad, Surat, and Bharuch.
