March brings more heat to Mumbai

Mumbai is bracing for another round of hot and humid weather soon.

After a relatively cooler break, temperatures are expected to rise again starting from March 22. The first half of March saw above-normal temperatures, with the highest recorded at 39.2°C on March 11.

Though the sea breeze usually helps cool down the city, a change in wind patterns will delay its arrival, causing temperatures to soar.

With the upcoming change in weather conditions, prepare for a hot and sultry week ahead, especially if you live along the Konkan coast.
