Western disturbances have brought rain and cooler weather to North India, keeping temperatures between 20–25°C recently.

Eastern and northeastern regions are also witnessing good rainfall, helping control the heat.

Central and peninsular India will see a gradual rise in temperatures, but no heatwave is expected in the coming days.

However, parts of Saurashtra, Vidarbha, Telangana, and interior Odisha may see heatwave conditions in the second half of April.
