Possibility of Flooding : Heavy Rain over Gujarat

South Coastal Gujarat and central regions are set to experience heavy rainfall over the next three days due to multiple weather systems enhancing monsoon activity.

Although the monsoon has begun to withdraw from Kutch, it will stall in other areas.

Rainfall is expected to intensify today, particularly in Vapi, Valsad, Surat, Navsari, and Bharuch, with moderate showers also reaching Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, and Anand.

While Saurashtra and Kutch may miss this rainfall, light showers are possible in Mahuva and surrounding areas.

Conditions are expected to improve after September 29, bringing relief across the state for the following week.
