In Uttarakhand, Auli, Chopta, Kedarnath and Munsiyari provide excellent chances of witnessing early and mid-season snowfall.

Areas above 2,000–2,500 metres are most likely to experience snow during December–January.

Travellers are advised to check local weather updates, road conditions and carry warm gear while heading to these winter destinations.
