Today, Delhi had its coldest day this season at 10.9 degrees.

It will feel chilly in North India, and the air quality won't improve because there's little wind and no rain expected.

North India has had dry weather lately and it will continue for the next ten days.

A weak weather system will come near the hills on November 18, get stronger on the 19th, and fade away on November 20. However, it won't affect the plains much.
