Heatwaves, prolonged spells of rains and now finally approaching winters: if you like crispy, cooler months, then this season is for you.

Here are a few tips to get ready for the cold days:

Warm clothing: Check your stock of sweaters, jackets, socks, and depending on your area in India you may also need a shawl and a muffler. Ensure you have a hat or another headgear along with gloves if you drive a two-wheeler in Northern states.

Check on the quilts and blankets: they may need a round of airing, dusting or cleaning after a long break!

Hot water bag can make your bedtime much more pleasant If your location goes well below 20°C in the cold months. Just keep it under the blanket 15 minutes before going to bed and enjoy a warm bed!
