1. Goa Carnival

The Goa Carnival celebrates the arrival of spring and the end of the Christian fasting period of Lent. Goa’s four major towns will be elegantly decorated for the Carnival.

This year the main activities will be held from 18-21 February in Panaji, Vasco da Gama, Mapusa, and Madgaon.

2. Delhi Garden Tourism Festival

Most of us will not consider Delhi as a tourist destination, but February is the month to visit the National Capital! Delhi has been hosting an exuberant flower show exhibition at the Garden of the Five Senses since 2004.

This year you can witness the beautiful flowers, trees, fountains and much more on 25th and 26th of February.

3. Losar Festival in SIkkim

Losar is the Tibetan New Year which will be celebrated between 21st and 27th of February this year in Sikkim.

Two days prior to Losar, the Gutor Chaam is performed at Rumtek monastery depicting the battle between good and evil and the ritualized destruction of evil.

Expect tournaments, dance theater, music and lots of gatherings on this occasion!

4. Visit Rajasthan!

The best time to travel across Rajasthan is in February. Nights would still be cool and refreshing and days are mildly warm. Jodhpur is one of the most stunning cities of Rajasthan.

Experience the majesty of its forts, temples, lakes and palaces!
