Relief from Heatwave
Unseasonal Showers in Mumbai Soon

Mumbai experienced a second round of heat and humidity over the weekend, with temperatures reaching 36.3°C on Saturday and 35°C on Sunday.

These temperatures were 2°-4°C higher than usual for this time of year. However, the sea breeze is expected to bring some relief today, with temperatures dropping to 33°C.

Mumbai's driest month, March, usually sees little rainfall, but conditions are now favorable for light showers between April 1st and 4th, especially in South Madhya Maharashtra and the Konkan region.

While these showers would be unseasonal, they could offer some much-needed relief from the heat and humidity for the city.
