It's been a dry January for most of India, leaving many regions parched.

Even popular North Indian winter destinations like Srinagar and Manali haven't received their usual snow.

Some good news: a moderate-intensity western disturbance is expected to bring rain and snow to the hills of North India from tomorrow, lasting till the month's end. This might be just the winter kick many parts of the country desperately need!
